Between the colorful trees glowing bright hues of red, orange, and yellow, and creative and fun scarecrows lining the red brick pathways throughout our breathtaking 42 acres, Peddler’s Village is your go to destination this fall in the heart of beautiful Bucks County, Pennsylvania.
Over 150 handmade colorful and creative scarecrows are on display through October 30 during our 42nd annual Scarecrows in the Village. Vote for your favorites, who may end up with a cash prize of $500, now through October 11! Enjoy live entertainment on select weekends through September and October, and on Saturday, October 9, meet us on the Street Road Green for our outdoor movie night as we show Beetlejuice (don’t forget your picnic blanket and snacks for the sandworms)!
Peddler’s Village restaurants and eateries offer a special menu every month, whether fruit or season inspired. This September, dine at our flagship restaurant, the Cock ‘n Bull, Hart’s Tavern, Peddler’s Pub, Earl’s New American, and Buttonwood Grill for seasonal favorites, including handcrafted cocktails, enticing entrees, and delicious desserts. Other eateries, including Mama Hawk’s, Moku Bowls, The Lucky Cupcake, and Nina’s Waffles, are also a must! If you’re looking for a crisp, refreshing beverage to enjoy while walking the Village, order your favorite fall-inspired drink from Free Will Brewing Company, Chaddsford Winery, or Hewn Spirits.
Shop for the perfect fall weather essentials, like comfy, cozy pants, sweaters, and of course, flannels, at one of our many-locally owned boutique shops. Spice up your favorite fall dishes and add flavor to your meals by stopping by a specialty food shop for everything from honey and hot sauce to spices, sweets, soups, and more.

Gazebo – Located in the Upper Village Green, the Peddler’s Village Gazebo is a great place to capture your favorite fall photos with your friends, family, or date! The bright, beautiful leaves and abundance of flowers help create the perfect backdrop.
Pond – The pond, full of aquatic plants and fish, offers a great view of the Upper Village Green from below. Visit this spot in the Village Green to capture a photo with the colors of fall in the background.
Windmill – The Windmill, featuring a small pond, lilies, and frogs, is another Upper Village Green photo spot we definitely recommend! The bright red chicken coop and colorful windmill pair perfectly with the bright warm hues of autumn.
The perfect way to top off a beautiful (& maybe spooky!) fall day at the Village is an outdoor movie on the Street Road Green and murder mystery event, like the highly-anticipated Golden Girls Murder Mystery: The Halloween Caper, or GhostDusters, a family-friendly walking tour!
