There is a sense of teamwork at Peddler’s Village that is refreshing. Everyone is working toward a common goal and helping each other out to achieve that goal. My manager is always available to talk to and answers any questions or concerns I may have.

This job has allowed me growth and to be a part of sound team. We are with our team members sometimes more than our families and our team has that family atmosphere.

The people I work with are very supportive. My manager cares about me as an employee but also as a person. Everyone is kind and respectful. When I was hired my, job expectations were explained to me, and they remained the same after I began working.

I think top leadership is dedicated to the employees to better the workplace and the lives they lead. I think the direction is a real positive one and one that should continue to allow those who work here to grow and thrive.

I had a lot of fun in the village and made some life long friends. It was busy and hectic during the holidays but that made it exciting and interesting.

I have worked for and in Peddler’s Village throughout my academic career. The people I have met here, who I have influenced, and who have influenced me, have become an integral part of who I am as an individual. Working for Peddler’s Village has taught me invaluable people and communication skills and cultivated my charisma as an individual.
