Community Partnerships and Donations

As a family-owned business that has flourished for more than 60 years because of a loyal, supportive community, Peddler’s Village is committed to helping those in need. Through partnerships with charitable organizations, donations to local nonprofits, and providing employee incentives to share time and skills, we try to improve lives and opportunities every day.

Partnerships with charitable organizations

Throughout the year, Peddler’s Village partners with a charitable organization to raise awareness and funds to support its mission.
In 2023, these organizations include (among others):

Autism Cares Foundation
Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation for Childhood Cancer
Bucks County Housing Group
Bucks County SPCA
United Way of Bucks County/Fresh Connect
United Way of Bucks County/Stuff the Bus
Pine2Pink

Donations to local nonprofits

Peddler’s Village receives hundreds of requests for support each month. We evaluate requests each month based on several factors, including:

  • Proximity and connection to Peddler’s Village
  • How potentially impactful the organization/event might be to the local community
  • How many people might benefit from the donation
  • Monthly balance of community-based, health, cultural/nonprofit, and “emergency fundraiser” requests

Regrettably, we cannot support fundraisers for individuals or individual schools unless there is a clear, strong connection to Peddler’s Village.

Please email requests to donations@peddlersvillage.com. Be sure to include detailed information about the nonprofit organization, its mission, and who will benefit along with any event specifics.

Additionally, we are always willing to consider fundraising events at the Buttonwood Grill or Earl’s New American in which 10% of the proceeds are given back to the nonprofit group. If you are interested, please contact the restaurants directly.

Employee incentives

Helping each other is part of the culture at Peddler’s Village. To encourage our employees to share their time and skills, we offer each full-time employee one paid day off per year so that they can volunteer services with reputable charitable organizations for fundraising events or to serve people in need.

Thank you for working with us to build a stronger, healthier community and to help those in need!
