Join us for an exceptional evening of wine and food exploration as we playfully compare and contrast East Coast and West Coast vineyards. Chef Evan Gentile and his culinary team have created a beautiful four-course menu to highlight the grapes and showcase these hand-crafted American wines. This will be a casual and lively evening, limited to 35 guests.

First Course

Nissley’s Reserve Chardonnay side by side with a well-known Sonoma-Cutrer Chardonnay paired with:

Halibut
Ramp spaetzle, morel mushroom cream, candied kumquats

Third Course

Nissley’s flagship Red, the Heritage Keystone, compared against a similar Airfield Founders ‘H. Lloyd Miller’ from Washington State paired with:

Braised Lamb Shoulder
Fava bean puree, lamb jus, rosemary espuma

Fourth Course

Nissley SIP alongside a favorite Barnard Griffin Syrah Port
