Event Series Event Series: Bell Body at Body Language Company

This class is great for anyone who wants to learn how to do a full body workout with dumbbells or kettlebells. The instructor will show you a variety of moves using bodyweight, dumbbells and kettlebells. We will show you moves that will be easy for you to take home and incorporate into your everyday life. Bring your fitness/yoga mat to class along with a water bottle. The “bells” will be provided.
