For the third successive year, Peddler’s Village is proudly partnering with Pine2Pink, a Bucks County-based nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting local breast cancer patients in treatment and recovery through community partnerships “town-by-town, and city-by-city.”
This October, Peddler’s Village will be pink in support of Pine2Pink and Breast Cancer Awareness Month. All month long, the Gazebo, Windmill gardens in the Upper Village Green, and the Courtyard will glow with bright pink lights. In the Cock ‘n Bull, Hart’s Tavern, Buttonwood Grill, and Earl’s New American restaurants, we’ll be featuring a specialty cocktail, Keep Calm & Fight On, with a portion of the proceeds donated to Pine2Pink. The refreshing and inspiring cocktail is made of KLYR Rum, muddled raspberries and lime, raspberry purée, and Sprite served over ice.
Be sure to check out the Pink Out! scarecrows in the Upper Village Green to see all of the magnificently pink scarecrows on display to promote breast cancer awareness.
Download the free Pine2Pink mobile app (available on iOS and Android devices) and capture 100 virtual pink ribbons through Bucks County, including Peddler’s Village, for a chance to win fantastic prizes!
You can further support Pine2Pink this fall by making a donation on their website.
