• 2024 Food Truck Thursdays

    If you would like your Food Truck to be considered for any of the 2024 Food Truck Thursday dates, please fill out this application in its entirety and select the date(s) you are applying for. The deadline for applications is Friday, March 29th. The event for each date runs from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. The fee for each date is $250.

    If you are selected to participate, Applicants will be notified via email of their acceptance on or about April 15th. Payment is required two weeks prior to the event date with a signed contract which we will provide to you once you are confirmed. Submitting this application does not guarantee you a spot. Space is limited.

  • General Guidelines

    The outdoor event is held rain or shine. Please be prepared for the possibility of inclement weather. Vendors are expected to stay for the duration of the event unless Management calls for alternate arrangements due to severe weather.

    No vendor shall arrive late or leave prior to the event’s end on either day without notifying Management and/or securing prior permission from Management. Failure to do so may result in removal from future events.

    SET-UP: You may set up at 3:00 p.m. Please use caution when traveling throughout the Village and to be ready to serve by 4:00 p.m. Peddler’s Village requires you to use a quiet generator, failure to do so may result in removal from future events.

    BREAK-DOWN: Food Trucks are expected to stay for the duration of the event. Food Truck vendors are responsible for removing debris and ensuring the general cleanliness of the area.

    Vendors agree to indemnify and hold harmless Peddler’s Village Partnership, its employees, director and all related companies of Peddler’s Village from and against any and all claims, actions, damages, liability and expense in connection with loss of life, personal and/or bodily injury and/or damage to property occurring in and about, or arising from related to or in conjunction with the occupancy of the premises of Peddler’s Village and adjacent sidewalks, loading platforms or areas, parking areas or occasioned wholly or in part by any negligent or willful act or omission of the Vendor, its agents, subcontractors, exhibitors, concessionaires or employees, then the Vendor shall protect and hold harmless the above-named indemnified in conjunction with litigation. Peddler’s Village reserves the right to change a vendor location at any time during the event. Your signed application is your agreement to accept any space assigned.

    HEALTH DEPARTMENT REQUIREMENTS: Food & beverage vendors MUST contact the Bucks County Health Department for a license to participate in this event.     CANCELLATION POLICY: If the Food Truck cancels for any reason all fees are forfeited. Peddler’s Village reserves the right to cancel this contract at any time for any reason prior to the performance and will have no liability to pay any portion or the full amount of fees related to this contract.

    PAYMENT: Payment is required two (2) weeks prior to the event date to confirm your space. If payment and contract is not received, your space will be forfeited.

    PEDDLER’S VILLAGE FESTIVAL COMMITMENT: Our goal is to create a safe, family-friendly environment for our guests, merchants, entertainers, vendors, and exhibitors. Peddler’s Village reserves the right to shut down any vendors not meeting cleanliness and food storage safety codes and laws. Applicants shall sell and serve food at their own risk.

    Peddler’s Village has a specific strategic marketing plan in place to support all our festivals and events, to include a content-rich website that is updated prior to the event. Any promotional items, digital or print, using Peddler’s Village name or logo needs to be approved by Peddler’s Village Festival and Events Team before finalization or publication. Peddler’s Village is happy to provide copy and assets to aid you promoting your food truck’s participation in a Peddler’s Village event or festival.
