Thank you for your interest regarding the Peddler’s Village 2019 Festival & Event Season. We continually expand our selection of Entertainment throughout the Village every year.

What we are looking for:

In consideration for performances, we look for criteria that meets or exceeds our expectations as listed here:

• High energy/interest

• Ability to maintain a crowd

• Ability to interact with crowd

• Professional sound

• Professional courtesy

• Family-friendly material appropriate for open-air venue

• Price Structure

• Failure to include price may risk performance consideration.

• Basic entertainment time slots are 1 or 2 hour performances

Material submission:

Please submit your materials to festivals@peddlersvillage.com. We do accept hard-copy press packs mailed to P.O. Box 218, Lahaska, PA 18931

Note to performers:

As we prepare for our upcoming season, please refrain from repeated inquiries regarding a requested performance.

We carefully evaluate each submission in order to find the best fit for our venue.  If we are able to offer you a performance opportunity, we will contact you with the appropriate details. Please note that entertainment is selected through an application process, not simply by the order which they are submitted or any kind of waiting list.

Payment: In order to get paid for your performance, you must fill out a W-9 tax form. This will be given to you at the time of your booking and contract. All performers must provide either a Federal Tax ID or a Social Security Number prior to receiving any form of payment from the event.
