Yoga Body is geared specifically for those just starting yoga or those who want to slow down for an hour. This class incorporates easy flowing sequences to warm up the body and slower paced movements focusing on alignment, strength and balance.
Two class slots: 1:30pm-2:30pm and 5:30pm-6:30pm.
