Earl’s New American is hosting an exceptional evening of food and Trefethen Family wines.

Join Chef Evan Gentile and his culinary team for an expertly crafted five-course menu that complements a curated selection of Trefethen Family sustainable wines, originating from the Oak Knoll District of Napa Valley. This will be a casual and lively evening, limited to 40 guests. Reservations required. Must be 21 years or older.

Doors open at 6:00 p.m., with sit-down dinner starting at 6:30 p.m.

1st Course

Chilled Scallop Tortellini
Confit Calabrian chilis, basil-pine nut emulsion, chard baby corn

Paired with: Dry Riesling

2nd Course

Chilean Sea Bass
Artichoke foam, gooseberry raisins, marcona almond & sun-dried tomato pesto, shellfish reduction

Paired with: Chardonnay

3rd Course

Maple-glazed Pork Belly
Sweet potato gnocchi, sautéed maitake mushrooms, hazelnut cream

Paired with: Eschol Meritage

4th Course

Duck Breast
sugar snap peas, butternut squash puree, crispy taro root, Chinese five spice reduction

Paired with: Merlot

5th Course

Coconut Mousse Bomb
Chocolate cake, coconut mousse, cherry lime compote

Paired with: Dragon’s Tooth 2021 (Malbec)
