Restorative Meditation Class at Body Language Company

May the Force be with us as we embrace balance. We will learn to accept our darkness, along with our light, as we embark on this journey together. You will be led on a guided meditation through the galaxy, and spacious vibrations from singing bowls will carry you on this mission. (If you haven’t caught on we are embracing Star Wars energy here) This will be a unique and refreshing experience! Bring a yoga mat, blanket, and cushion for comfort. Lightsabers must be checked at the door.
