Meditation Sound Bath Experience at Body Language Company

Join us for an evening of relaxation and meditation. This sound bath will be an hour long event taking you on a journey through meditation and balancing your Chakras. We will be introducing you (or reintroducing) to crystal singing bowls, ocean drums and more. Join us for an evening of restorative calm with local healers. The resounding tones of crystal singing bowls will restore you to an energetic balance, while a guided meditation carries you through the journey.
