Event Series Event Series: Full Body at Body Language Company

Join us for a Full Body workout! We combine Pilates, Barre, Yoga and free weights for an hour long sweat session. Bring you yoga or fitness mat and a water bottle. Be sure to show up 10 minutes before class starts to get settled in.
