Earl’s New American is hosting an exceptional evening of food and wine.

Join Chef Evan Gentile and his culinary team for a chocolate-inspired four-course menu that complements a curated selection of  wines. This will be a casual and lively evening, limited to 45 guests. Reservations required. Must be 21 years or older.

Where: Hors d’Oeuvres at Upstairs Banquet Room; Dinner at Earl’s New American

When: Thursday, February 12, 2026
Doors open at 6:00 p.m., with sit-down dinner starting at 6:30 p.m.

Tickets: $109 per person (inclusive of gratuity)

Scallop shrimp farce, white chocolate, scallions, crispy shallot

2nd Course

3rd Course

Local Wagyu Brisket
Espresso-braised, house made ricotta, cocoa nibs “pastina risotto”, blood orange supremes, micro sorrel

4th Course

Sacher Torte
Chocolate sponge cake, chocolate cream, raspberry rose confit
