Comedy in the Village 08-23-24

Looking for laughs? We’ve got ‘em! Comedians Brian Atkinson, Tom Mongelli, and headliner Chip Ambrogio take the stage at the Peddler’s Pub. The event will include a cash bar, but no food. Couples, singles, and large groups are welcome! General admission. For adults 18+ only. Mature humor. Space is limited, so reserve now.

Grab some light fare before the show from 6:15-7:45 pm. A cash bar will be available during the performance. Guests are encouraged to dine before the show at Peddler’s Village restaurants. No smoking.

Price: $28 per person
Seating: No assigned seats; seating is first come, first served.

For large parties, we recommend calling our Reservation Specialist at 215-794-4037 from 10:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. to book your reservation. If you require wheelchair access to the show, please call Guest Services from 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. at 215-794-4051 to ensure accommodation.

Cancellation policy: Tickets purchased for Comedy in the Village at Peddler’s Village are non-refundable. If you cannot attend your reserved date, please call 215-794-4051 at least 2 days prior to your reserved date to reschedule your reservation to a later show. Peddler’s Village reserves the right to cancel show dates. Should a show be cancelled because of dangerous weather or otherwise, you will be given the option to reschedule to a later show date or be refunded the ticket cost in full.

Note: Guests will not receive physical tickets for this event. A completed purchase registers guests automatically for the event and guests can check-in with their names. Your email receipt serves as proof of purchase but guests do not need to present it at the performance.

The Lineup

Brian Atkinson
Brian Atkinson is a clean comedian who holds the stage with his voice and adult-smart but family-friendly comedy. His good guy persona gives way to surprising twists. Brian is a comedian, voice actor, singer, and former radio personality. Brian’s voice might be the first thing you notice, but his confident and engaging storytelling will keep you coming back.

Tom Mongelli
Tom Mongelli is a New Jersey based comedian with a mix of zany stories and humor for the over 40 crowd. He was the regional winner of the Meadowlands Comedy Festival.

Chip Ambrogio
As a contributing writer for The Friars Club Roasts, Chip uses his everyman persona to poke fun at the trials and tribulations of everyday life. “The only thing that keeps me going – is knowing everyday I’m a little bit closer to death.” College, club, and road audiences have enjoyed his wry observations of parenthood, Catholic school, and growing up poor in Greenwich, Connecticut with a severely dysfunctional family. Chip has performed at all the major city clubs and is a sought after joke writer by established acts and newcomers.

Before becoming a standup comic, he was the editor and publisher of Commuter Monthly, a humor magazine for New Jersey commuters. He’s had several of his short stories published amongst them, “Plastic Jesus” and “Deep Tux.” In addition to writing and performing, he specializes in adding humor to corporate speeches and presentations for such companies as Sony, D&M Group, and Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield. He’s currently working on an animated sitcom pilot Hell Gig and appears in the independent film, Time of Need. He is co-creator of “Room for Improvement” a reality show pilot selected as a finalist at the New York Television Festival.
