A Chakra Meditation Sound Bath Experience
Join Andrea of @BodiesinHarmony at @shopbodylanguagecompany in Peddler’s Village for an evening of Chakras, Crystal Bowls and Chimes. A Chakra sound bath is a sound healing practice that focuses on balancing and activating each of the seven major chakras. This is achieved by using a variety of instruments that produce sound frequencies that resonate with each of the chakras. You will be guided through a chakra cleansing and balancing meditation as you are soothed by the corresponding sounds of the crystal bowls. We will work to bring harmony back into the body, mind and spirit through harmonic resonance. As the meditation comes to an end, the sound journey continues as you are bathed in the healing frequencies and vibrations of chimes, Tibetan bowls, tongue drums, gong and more. It will be an evening of total relaxation and bliss!
At the conclusion of the event, each guest will receive a beautiful 10” chakra crystal tree made of 300 genuine stones and copper wire. There will also be a selection of sweet treats to enjoy and help bring you back down to earth.

Helpful Hints
– Wear comfortable clothes. Think layers so you can adjust to the temperature.
– Bring anything that will support you being down on the floor in a meditative state for an extended period of time; pillows, extra blankets, bolsters, etc. Don’t be shy! If you would prefer a chair, please let us know. Being in a seated position will not interfere with your ability to go deep into a meditative state.
– There is no pressure to drive home immediately. Everyone can linger and come back down to earth and let the brain re-align with the body before driving home.
-Bring water for after the event. It will help to flush out the toxins that were loosened up in your body during the sound bath. A snack will be provided to help bring you back down to earth!
