Thirty nationally recognized artists from all over the United States will participate in the 4th Annual Bucks County Plein Air Festival to produce art en plein air. From October 1 through October 6, artists will paint the rolling landscapes, lakes and rivers, covered bridges, stone farmhouses, and historic estates of Bucks County that have inspired artists for more than a century. On Wednesday, October 2, the artists will be painting in Peddler’s Village.

During the six-day festival, artists will be painting in Newtown (10/1), Peddler’s Village (10/2), Doylestown (10/3), and New Hope (10/4). All work created in scenic and historic Bucks County will be on display and available for purchase online an in person. The juried show awards more than $15,000 in prizes and culminates in two signature events, a VIP Collector’s Preview & Pre-Sale Reception on Saturday, October 5 and a public festival on Sunday, October 6, both located in the Historic Tyler Mansion at Bucks County Community College.
