Enjoy delicious, locally sourced, handmade pasta on Wednesdays at Earl’s New American!

Earl’s New American is now serving locally sourced pasta on Wednesdays! Guests can enjoy fabulous pasta dishes featuring a variety of sauces and proteins, from crab to sausage, for both lunch and dinner. Each pasta entree is served with a choice of a small mixed green salad or Caesar salad. Earl’s in-house sommelier has also curated a selection of wines which pair perfectly with each pasta dish.

Executive Chef Evan Gentile created a menu that features fresh, high-quality ingredients designed to satisfy a wide range of palates. The pasta is handmade by Chef Evan’s brother, Chef Matt, and has received high praise numerous five-star reviews across the Philadelphia region. The gluten free tortelloni, which was created in Matt’s kitchen after his wife developed a gluten allergy, is arguably one of the most delicious gluten free pastas available in Bucks County. The gluten free tortelloni was also reviewed by Philly-based food critic, Craig Laban.
