Peddler’s Village will come alive with music, comedy, dancing, and entertainment in all forms on Saturday, June 22, when we present the Bucks Fever Talent Show! Performers of all ages will showcase their skills and compete for prizes, including the grand prize of $3,000. There will be a cash bar and complimentary “sweet and salty” snacks.

The Judges
David J. Abers
David J. Abers has worked in professional theatre for over 40 years. He is currently the Senior Director of Relationships for Bristol Riverside Theatre, where he has been for 35 years. During that time, he has served as general manager, performer (over 60 productions), stage manager, choreographer, casting and company and facilities manager. In addition to BRT, he serves as General Manager for Capital Singers of Trenton and had been on the production team of the Theatre Department at the prestigious George School in Newtown, PA.
Eva Guasconi
Eva Guasconi, a New Hope resident, has been in the performing arts since she could walk and talk. Having studied with some wonderful artists, teachers, and mentors Eva has been seen on stages in New York , Pa, and NJ. Most recently Eva was seen on stage in Lambertville NJ at Music Mountain Theatre in Sweet Charity as Helene. Eva also serves on the board of directors for MMT as well as Vice President of Communications and Marketing for New Hope Celebrates. Eva loves these special communities and is looking forward to continuing her work both on stage and in public service.
Anna Hentz
Anna Hentz is an arts educator and performer based in Bucks County. Hentz has directed over 100 productions and has starred in numerous productions at Bucks County Playhouse, Music Mountain Theatre, Montgomery Theatre, and Clear Space Theatre Company. Career highlights include Norma Desmond in Sunset Boulevard, Dolly in Hello, Dolly!, Eva Peron in Evita, Marmee in Little Women, and Rose in Gypsy. Hentz is most proud of her accomplishments instilling confidence and passion in young performers in the arts.
Ann Lipcsey
Ann Lipcsey is the Assistant Director of Sales and in-house wedding planner for Peddler’s Village, where she has worked for 20 years. She attended the School of Hospitality Management at Widener College, where she won a Women in Business Scholarship. Ann has over 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry; however, her first and truest love has always been performing in musical theater. Ann has performed in such productions as Bye Bye Birdie, Oliver, The Music Man, Camelot, The Man of La Mancha and Fiddler on the Roof. In 1992 she was also chosen to sing for Cardinal Bevilacqua as a soloist.
Michael Traupman
Michael Traupman is a writer, actor, singer and teacher. He has been singing professionally for more than three decades and has appeared in cabaret shows at The Iridium, The Triad, and Don’t Tell Mama’s in NYC. Since 2020 he has co-hosted “Bob Egan and Friends” Virtual Piano Bar on YouTube (with more than 260 episodes and counting). Michael has spent three decades working in non-profit arts and education in various leadership roles and currently serves as Bucks County Playhouse’s Director of Marketing. He teaches voice at his studio in New Hope.
Martin and Kelly
Jilly Martin will be acting as emcee and Ryan Brooks Kelly acting as sound engineer.
Standouts in today’s crossover country music scene, Jilly & Ryan’s songs bridge the boundary between traditional and new country. They’ve made their mark with highly-acclaimed original music and are winning over audiences each and every time they perform. Jilly and Ryan’s compelling song-writing, dynamic vocal harmonies and stunning musicianship have them poised for a breakthrough in the music industry. Over the years, they’ve been featured as support acts for many traditional, and mainstream country artists such as Willie Nelson, Randy Travis, Dwight Yoakam, Bonnie Raitt, The Brothers Osborne, Phil Vassar, and The Bacon Brothers.

Seating for this event is general admission. If you have accessibility requirements, please contact us at 215-794-4051. Tickets purchase for the Bucks Fever Talent Show are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by Peddler’s Village.
