What You’ll Do:

Greet every customer like they matter (because they do)

Offer samples and guide customers through flavor selections

Package and present products with care and attention to detail

Answer phones and handle special orders (parties, events, wholesale, etc.)

Support inventory management and keep the store looking sharp

Operate POS system and handle transactions accurately

What We’re Looking For:

Friendly, outgoing personality (no “hide in the back” types)

Strong communication and multitasking skills

Comfortable using computers and POS systems

Reliable and team-oriented

Able to work weekdays and weekends (this is non-negotiable in retail)
