On display from June 12 – July 30, this pet-themed exhibit showcases 111 entries from local photographers, both professional and amateur, as they compete for cash prizes. Admission to the exhibit is free. Housed in the Visitor & Event Center (Red Barn, located off Street Road and Peddler’s Lane).

Meet Our Judges
Al Tielemans
Professional Photographer
Al Tielemans spent 30 years as a photographer at Sports Illustrated. He covered 15 Olympic games, countless baseball and football games including dozens of Super Bowls and World Series, as well as feature stories and portraits of world class athletes. He has over 100 Sports Illustrated covers to his credit. He is currently retired from photography, helps run his wife Amy’s Marriage and Family Therapy Practice, and coaches 7th Grade Baseball at Unami Middle School.
Jean Mckenna
Doylestown Photo Club
Since 2014 Jean McKenna has served as the Treasurer/Membership for the Doylestown Photo Club. Jean had four photos published in the coffee table book “Asbury Arboretum – History and Nature in the Heart of Germantown,” and participated in a 365 day project showcasing her photographs of Peace Valley Park and Nature Center. She has been honored to receive awards from several local contests and exhibits and sells her photography with her photo club annually at the Doylestown Arts Festival.
Deb Dyer
Owner/Operator, Tails of the Village and Total Animal
Deb Dyer has been in the pet product business for 50 years. Owns and operates two unique pet themed boutique stores in Peddler’s Village, Tails of the Village and The Total Animal. She has helped many artists create and develop some of the best pet products in the industry and supports numerous Animal Rescue and Wildlife Preservation efforts from local partnerships to international causes. tailsofthevillage.com
Cindy Kelly
Director of Communications and Development – Bucks County SPCA
Cindy is responsible for stewarding the 111-year-old agency’s reputation, expanding awareness of its evolving services to people and pets, and eliciting community support to help save more lives. Her team photographs thousands of pets each year with the goal of capturing each pet’s unique personality. The BCSPCA knows the power of a great photo can help pets get adopted more quickly.
