Iron Comedy creator Bill McLaughlin, Steve Young, and Becky Veduccio showcase their skills in a three-part competition in the following events: stand-up comedy, the one-liner challenge, and a roast battle. The winner is determined by audience applause, making the show a truly interactive experience. Speaking of roasts: an all-American menu will be available during the show. Reservations required.
Couples, singles, and large groups are welcome! General admission. For adults 18+ only. Mature humor. Space is limited, so reserve now. No smoking.
Arrive at the Cock ‘n Bull banquet room early for live music performed by Hailey Rose from 5:00 – 7:30pm. Food will be available.
When: Friday, July 3. Doors open at 5:00 p.m.; Show starts at 8:00 p.m.

Seating: No assigned seats; seating is first come, first served.

Cancellation policy: Tickets purchased for Comedy in the Village at Peddler’s Village are non-refundable. If you cannot attend your reserved date, please call 215-794-4010 at least 2 days prior to your reserved date to reschedule your reservation to a later show. Peddler’s Village reserves the right to cancel show dates. Should a show be cancelled because of dangerous weather or otherwise, you will be given the option to reschedule to a later show date or be refunded the ticket cost in full.
Note: Guests will not receive physical tickets for this event. A completed purchase registers guests automatically for the event and guests can check-in with their names. Your email receipt serves as proof of purchase but guests do not need to present it at the performance.
The Lineup
Bill McLaughlin
Host and creator of IRON COMEDY COMPETITION, is a founding member of The Chicago City Limits, New York City’s longest running comedy revue, and also performed with The First Amendment Improv Company, New York’s funniest improv company. He has produced entertainment in the corporate sector for decades and has performed and written for both corporate and public events in the United States and Europe. He has also done film, TV, and voice work throughout his career. As an instructor of comedy classes he worked for companies in New York, London, Philadelphia, Houston, and numerous other locations. Steve Young
A stand-up comedian, Steve’s outright silly satire is revered for its razor-sharp wit and poignant observations.besides being an award-winning TV writer, working on shows like “Boy Meets World,” “Cybill” and “The Tonight Show,” today he headlines clubs and casinos. While writing he was a regular at The Comedy Store. In addition he has opened for such acts as Jay Leno, Jim Carrey, Eddie Murphy and Jerry Seinfeld. Becky Veduccio
Becky Veduccio is an accomplished stand-up comedian, award-winning writer, and comedy coach who has appeared on NBC’s America’s Got Talent, Netflix’s Survival of the Thickest, and in the films Maid In Manhattan, Return To Me and Random Hearts. Becky was a finalist in the national competition Ladies Of Laughter as both a newcomer, performing at Madison Square Garden, as well as becoming a finalist in the professional category in 2021. Becky performs regularly at comedy clubs in and around New York City and has shared the stage with well-known comedians such as Michelle Buteau, Joe DeVito, Jessica Kirson and Patrice O’Neal.
