SUMMARY:Author Signing at Lahaska Bookshop
DESCRIPTION:Join us in welcoming children’s author MacKenzie Cadenhead as she signs Jingle at The Lahaska Bookshop on Sunday\, November 22nd\, 2026\, from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. \n*If you would like to order a signed copy of the author’s books\, add the quantity you would like to the cart below. If you would like a personalized copy of the book\, please note who you would like the book inscribed in the order comments section at checkout.  \nAbout the Book: \nCelebrate the magic of Christmas with the story of Jingle\, the littlest reindeer who sets out to earn her place on Santa’s team\, and shows what’s possible even when the odds (and antlers) are against you. \nIn the magical North Pole\, little Jingle has one big dream: to earn her magic bells and fly with Santa’s team. But in a world full of strong and mighty reindeer\, Jingle stands out for being… well\, small. When the annual Reindeer Games put her to the test\, Jingle will need more than speed and strength to succeed—she’ll need heart\, hope\, and a whole lot of ingenuity. \nWith her loyal pup Holly Jolly by her side\, Jingle tackles tinsel-filled tasks and an avalanche of snowy challenges on her way to unwrapping the greatest gift of all: the true meaning of Christmas cheer. \nFrom Marvel Comics creator MacKenzie Cadenhead and the #1 New York Times bestselling illustrator of Buffalo Fluffalo\, Erin Kraan\, comes a festive tale that’s a sleighful of holiday magic. Jingle’s journey reminds readers that sometimes\, the best presents come in unexpected packages. \nAbout our Guest: \nMacKenzie Cadenhead is a children’s and comic book author\, whose stories about unexpected heroes blend adventure with humor and heart. She was an editor at Marvel comics before turning her attention to writing for young readers full time. Her books include Sally’s Bones\, Marvel Mutts\, and the Marvel Super Hero Adventures series. Jingle is MacKenzie’s debut picture book.
