Join us for a special workshop at Body Language. We will be diving into breathwork practices! We will talk about different breathing techniques, demonstrate them, and practice them! Breathwork is a beautiful practice that can help with anxiety, grief, insomnia, anger, overstimulation, and so much more. This amazing workshop will also have a cleansing sound bath, bringing you all of the energetic healing! Bring a yoga mat, blanket, and cushion for comfort.
