Have you always wanted to try yoga but had no clue where to start and felt intimidated? Join us every Wednesday night for a beginner yoga body class. This class is great for beginners as well as men who would like to start yoga. We ease you into yoga with modifications and the base poses you should know. Slow sequences make sure you are doing the poses correctly while our intimate class sizes make it possible for you to ask questions.
