On June 1 and 2, the Village will host the Bucks County Community College’s Artmobile, a non-collecting, traveling museum whose current exhibition is Planting Seeds: The Art & Science of Pollination. Inspired by a long-term meadow restoration project in Tyler State Park, the exhibition tracks the progress of this project through photography and other documentary means, and features 14 artists and scientists from across the nation who work to increase awareness of pollinators in our environment.

What is Artmobile?

Artmobile is an art museum for all ages housed in a 48-foot semi-trailer. The Artmobile travels throughout Bucks County from September to June, visiting all 13 school districts and many public sites providing the school children and residents of Bucks County access to fine, original works of art. It is a vital component of Bucks County Community College which provides important cultural outreach programs in accordance with Bucks County Community College’s mission. They are committed to fostering an understanding of art, art making and the value of art in our communities and our lives by exhibiting and interpreting works of art.
