STRAWBERRY FESTIVAL VENDOR INFORMATION

in Peddler's Village Strawberry Festival.
Strawberry Festival - May 2 & 3, 2009
Photographic deadline: January 31, 2009
The crafts displayed at our events are juried by the Peddler's Village Crafts Committee. We request that you send a minimum of three (3) photographs of your work and a picture of your display set up from a previous show. It is also helpful if you include a brief description of how and with what materials your craft is made.
We strongly recommend that you actively demonstrate your handmade craft while participating in our festival. For those who will be demonstrating, please include a brief description of the demonstration you intend to perform along with your pictures.
PLEASE NOTE: COMMERCIALLY-PRODUCED MERCHANDISE IS NOT PERMITTED!! If your work is approved by the Committee, you will be sent an invitation listing the requirements for the Strawberry Festival. A $75.00 space fee is due at the time you return your invitation. Do not send your $75.00 space fee until you have been extended an invitation. Craftspeople are charged a 12% commission on weekend sales. Fee is subject to change.
Booth space is approximately 12' x 12'. You are required to provide complete ground cover (green outdoor carpet ing is ideal since it protects the grass without competing with your display) for the areas in which you and your customers will be standing. You must provide your own tables, booths or display racks. Draping must cover your table from top to ground.
If you have already been juried in by our Craft Comittee there is no need to re-apply. You will receive an invitation to this event.
