The Earl’s Prime 2008 Winemaker Dinner Series presents Keith Tulloch, 4th generation Hunter Valley Winemaker.

In 1997, Keith began his own company, and produces wines under his own label focusing only on the traditional Hunter Valley varieties - Semillon, Chardonnay, Merlot, Shiraz, and more recently Cabernet Sauvignon - sourcing grapes from only the best Hunter Valley vineyard sites.

For 23 years we have welcomed guests from near and far to share in this educational and entertaining food event. Come observe the preparation of colonial-era foods over an open hearth on antique cooking wares. Bring the family and enjoy a four-course dinner reminiscent of early America,
and take home your keepsake menu. Actors from
the American Historical Theater Company represent prominent personages from Colonial America, including Martha Washington, Thomas Jefferson, Abigail Adams, Harriet Tubman and Abraham Lincoln. Live period music provided by Pan's Fancy. Great for school groups!
