Terroir Tastings
October 3, 10, 17, 24 & 31
Come by any Saturday in October to taste the new Essence! According to Winemaker Eric Miller, Essence is a blend of seven red grapes grown on or near the Miller Estate, and “emphasizes not the grapes themselves, but the unique terroir -- the site and soils and climate -- of the vineyard and our Brandywine Valley region.” The 2007 Essence is a tiny lot of just 61 cases. The Peddler’s Village Wine Shop will also feature sit-down “terroir” wine flights from the Miller Estate Vineyard.

Lessons of a Locavore Class
October 2, 9, 16 & 23
This October, on the first four Fridays, we will be hosting our first ever “Lessons from a Locavore” Food & Wine Events. Classes will take place at our tasting room in Peddler’s Village in Lahaska, PA from 7 pm to 9 pm. and feature our wines and local foods. Fee $25 per person, reservations 215-794-9655.

Santa switches on the Villages outdoor holiday light display on Friday at 6:15 to kick off the holiday season and his weekend visits with children at Giggleberry Fair thru December. Make sure to stop in and Sample our Holiday Spirit wine to get you into the season!

Christmas Festival at Peddler's Village

Join us for our annual Christmas Parade at 1:30 sharp on Saturday. Santa arrivers in a horse-drawn carriage accompanied by local scout troops and heralded by the Central Bucks East marching band. Stop in to Sample our Holiday Spirit Wine just for the season.

Chaddsford Winery is Pennsylvania's largest and most recognized winery. Founded in 1982 by proprietors Eric and Lee Miller, the winery now has five additional locations in the Philadelphia region, including the Chaddsford Wine Shop and Tasting Room in Peddler's Village.

Here visitors can taste a selection of premium regional wines that have been highly acclaimed by consumers and wine critics nationwide. While at Peddler's Village, stop at our tasting bar to sample a selection of award winning wines, including light and fruity seasonal wines like Chardonnay, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Pinot Grigio. Our friendly and knowledgeable staff will help you make selections and offer wine and food pairing advice along with recipes. In our gift shop you will also find delectable wine and food gift baskets and a wide range of wine accessories, ranging from traditional stem glasses and wine racks to whimsical wine gifts and the latest wine education books.
