The Bucks County Conference and Visitors Bureau (BCCVB) will hold a grand opening and ribbon-cutting ceremony for the new BCCVB Visitor Center, located at shop #165 in Peddler's Village, right above Giggleberry Fair. The ceremony will take place at 11:00 am on September 15, 2007, and will be held in conjunction with the Peddler's Village Scarecrow Festival.

The Bucks County Visitor Center at Peddler's Village operates during the same hours as the shops in Peddler's Village. The new Visitor Center is 500 sq. ft. and is part of the old Peddler's Village Carousel Museum Shop. The Center is complete with Bucks County tourism information; Where to Eat, Where to Stay, Where to Shop, and What to Do. The new Visitor Center also includes a full line of Bucks County keepsake items in its gift shop.

The BCCVB is also looking for volunteers to work at the Center. Anyone interested in volunteering should call Linda Dougherty at 215-639-0300, x222 or ldougherty@BucksCounty.travel.
