LAHASKA, Pa--Oct. 6, 2006—Hurry to Peddler’s Village for the last few weeks of the 28th Annual Scarecrow Competition & Display. All entries will remain on display through Sunday, October 29. Ballots submitted by the public during the first three weeks of the outdoor scarecrow exhibit determined the following winners for 2006:
