FOXBRIAR FARM AT PEDDLER’S VILLAGE CHOSEN AS THE 32ND BUCKS COUNTY DESIGNER HOUSE AND GARDENS

(LAHASKA, Pa.) October 13, 2006

Peddler’s Village is pleased to announce that Foxbriar Farm at Peddler’s Village, has been chosen as the 32nd Bucks County Designer House and Gardens by the Village Improvement Association of Doylestown.

Foxbriar Farm is a mid-18th century, Georgian-style country estate in the heart of beautiful Lahaska. With its exposed stone walls, multiple fireplaces and waterside views, Foxbriar Farm is an elegant reminder of the colonial origins of Bucks County.

Once home to Peddler’s Village founder Earl Jamison and his family, Foxbriar Farm is nestled in the scenic Bucks County countryside and adjacent to the region’s premiere shopping and dining destination, Peddler’s Village.

The 32nd Bucks County Designer House and Gardens will be open to the public for House Tours from April 29 through May 27, 2007.

The Bucks County Designer House and Gardens is an annual fundraiser that benefits both Doylestown Hospital and the Village Improvement Association’s community projects. The Village Improvement Association of Doylestown was the guiding force behind the founding of Doylestown Hospital in 1923, and still owns and oversees the operation of the hospital today.

Peddler’s Village is located at Routes 202 and Street Road in Lahaska. Follow the winding brick pathways of the Village throughout 42 acres of lush landscaping and charming 18th century-style architecture for a unique shopping and dining experience. Peddler’s Village has something for everyone from 70 quality specialty shops and six restaurants to the 70-room Golden Plough Inn and Giggleberry Fair family entertainment center. Enjoy free seasonal festivals and year-round family events. For more information, please visit www.peddlersvillage.com or call 215-794-4000.
