Banquet General Information
DEPOSITS: A non-refundable deposit of $200.00 is required for all parties.
MENU SELECTION: Menu selections are required one month prior to your event. No food or beverage other than the contents of this package will be permitted to be brought in by the host or guest unless specific arrangements have been made with our catering department. Accommodation can be made for guests with special dietary needs. A cake cutting fee will apply to special occasion cakes provided by the guest.
GUARANTEE: The minimum number of guests for which you will be charged must be received seven (7) days prior to your event.
MINIMUMS: 20 is the minimum number required for all Banquet functions scheduled in a private room. If your final guest count falls below 20, a $100.00 room fee will be added to your bill..
PRICING:
All prices quoted herein are applicable for 6 months from the contract date. Commitments beyond this time period are subject to proportionate increases to meet the increased cost of food, beverage, and other costs of operation existing at the time of the event.
TAX EXEMPTIONS:
Pennsylvania Tax Exemption Numbers must be completed on the proper form and submitted in advance.
ROOM ASSIGNMENTS:
Rooms are assigned according to the anticipated number of guests and specific requirements of the function. Peddler's Village reserves the right to reassign the room as needs dictate. Requests for specific rooms will be honored when possible, but cannot be guaranteed.
CHILDREN: Child's portions and selections are available at a special price if requested in advance. The price applies to children under 10 years old.
LINEN:
House Linen is provided at no additional charge for all Banquet Functions. Our Catering department will be happy to assist you in color coordinating your table linens and napkins to accent your special affair.
